Shipping Policies

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.

Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 and 4 business days, depending on your shipping address. Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.

What is your THV Curl?

Our THV Curl is our very own uniquely hand crafted curl designed by us! Compared to our DD Curl it has a tighter curl. Their customized base allows your be apply to various lash types (super curly, straight, relaxed curl).

How do Pick Up orders work?

Customers who select "IN STORE PICK UP" at checkout should not attempt to pick up their orders before they receive notification stating it is ready. Pick Up orders are only held in store for two weeks. If your order us not picked up within 14 days of you receiving your pick up notification, the items will be returned to our inventory. 

What are your normal store hours?

Tuesday- Friday 10:30am - 6:00pm

Saturday 10:30am-5:00pm

We are closed on Sunday and Monday.

In the event that our store hours change or are different from those stated above, we will notify our clients and customers via social media on our Instagram Page (@theehairvault).

How will I know when my order has shipped?

Tracking information updates will be sent via e-mail upon shipment of your order. Failure to submit an email or mobile number during customer registration or check will prevent you from receiving such notifications. 

Do I need to be certified in Classic Training prior to taking a Volume Course?

Yes. You do not qualify for Volume training with us if you have not already been certified in Classic lash application. Please don't book a Volume/Mega Volume 1on 1 class if you have not already received Classic Training.
