If items are sent back to our facility your tracking information will display, "insufficient address, address unknown, no such address," etc. this is due to an error on the customer's end, then it is required for the customer to repay for shipping of $10 USD.

 

IN STORE PICK UP

You have 2 weeks (14 days) after purchasing item(s) for in store pick to come and retrieve your order before it is restocked without a refund. 

We love all our customers but we cannot hold merchandise past 2 weeks.
