We proudly offer local delivery for your convenience.
Delivery Area
Local delivery is available within our designated service area. Orders outside of our delivery zone may not qualify or may require an additional delivery fee.
Delivery Scheduling
Delivery is available during designated business hours. Once your order is ready, you will receive a delivery window. While we strive to arrive within the scheduled timeframe, traffic and unforeseen delays may occasionally occur.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and will be communicated before payment is collected.
Recipient Availability
Someone must be available to receive the order at the delivery address. A signature may be required upon delivery to confirm receipt. If no one is available, the order may be left in a safe location at the customer’s request, and a photo confirmation may be taken as proof of delivery. Once the order has been delivered to the requested address, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Proof of Delivery & Authorization
By placing an order, you authorize us to deliver to the provided address and accept signature confirmation, photo evidence, GPS delivery logs, or delivery timestamp records as valid proof of delivery. These records may be used to verify successful fulfillment in the event of a payment dispute or chargeback.
Payment Authorization
All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder or have permission to use the payment method provided. Fraudulent transactions will be reported and may be subject to investigation.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including any necessary details such as apartment numbers, gate codes, or special instructions. We are not liable for orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer. If an address error is identified before delivery, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to update it. Additional fees may apply for address corrections or redelivery due to incomplete or incorrect information.
Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, an incorrect address, or inability to access the location, the order may be returned. A new delivery fee will be required before another delivery attempt is made.
Order Inspection
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any concerns regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported immediately. Claims made after delivery confirmation may not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
Chargeback Policy
Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks for orders that have been successfully delivered and confirmed through our proof of delivery methods. Any disputes must first be addressed directly with us so we can resolve the issue. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions and additional recovery actions.
Weather & Safety
For the safety of our drivers, deliveries may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather, hazardous road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
