“SMART FAN” Lashes are placed on a uniquely crafted glue strip that makes the lashes easier to spread and build fans.
They are ultra soft, light and EXTREMELY BLACK
This will allow you to create deep black Mega Fans
Each tray comes with 16 strips . This is 25% more than a standard lash tray.
